1. Can I pay for my items with a money order?

         Yes, we do accept money orders and cashier's checks (no personal checks). Please send us a message using our contact form with the items you would like to purchase and contact information for us to get ahold of you with your invoice.



2. How is S&H figured? 

       Our S&H is based on the US Post office weight scale. Your orders are combined by total weight. If by chance Retro Dolls US can find a cheaper method of shipment, we will use the cheapest route and send a refund of the difference (unless the customer requests services such as priority or expedited).



3. Are you able to ship my package priority or overnight? 
Yes, please send a message with your purchase with your request and we will send you an invoice for the new S&H price. 

4. I put my order in my cart- now it's disappeared/I was sent to another page!! What do I do??
Usually when this occurs, it means that RDUS is out of stock of a certain color. If a color is out, the cart will not allow you to purchase it, so it will direct you to another page. If you are still unsure, please contact me at retrodollsus@gmail.com

5. Do you have any coupons?

Occassionally I do offer discounts/sales- check my etsy updates for sales/special offers.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Of course!

7. Do you combine shipping?

Sure do!

8. What is the time estimate for preorders?

Preorders vary- but the usual amount of time is 4-6 weeks. It will say the amount of time in the descriptions. 

9. I have customs that use your hair- will you feature me on instagram/website/facebook?

Of course! Just email me your pictures with the name of the hair colors and I'll be happy to feature them! retrodollsus@gmail.com
